Co-founded and lead 'Youth-GE Georgia,' an NGO dedicated to youth development through educational programs, international exchanges, and regional initiatives. I manage overall operations, strategic direction, and technical systems for our projects.

• Program Delivery: Design and run local and international youth projects, trainings, and Erasmus+ exchanges, managing them from concept to execution.

Analyzed credit risks and updated risk management strategies at Space. I wrote and maintained Java-based decision-making code, analyzed loan rejection patterns, and supported partner merchants in integrating our installment products, leading a small dedicated team.
