I established the youth organization "Youth-GE Georgia," whose main mission is to promote the personal and professional development of young people. My role combines defining the organization's global strategy with the technical and operational management of large-scale initiatives.

• Strategic Development and Leadership: Forming the organization's vision and long-term goals. Initiating and managing local and international youth projects, educational trainings, and exchange programs.

• Youth Empowerment: Creating non-formal education platforms that help young people acquire modern skills and access international opportunities.

• Technical Project Management: Managing the complete technical and digital ecosystem of the organization's key projects. Implementing innovative tools to effectively organize processes.

• Strategic Partnership and Support: Active collaboration with partner organizations and providing technical support for their large-scale events. A prominent example is the complete technical and operational support for the "Mind Up" English Language Olympiad.

My main responsibility is managing the financial and technical documentation of construction and renovation projects. I ensure accurate accounting of completed works, material calculation, and strict budget control, which determines the financial transparency and technical soundness of each project.

• Management of Acts of Completed Works (Form No. 2): Compiling, verifying, and controlling compliance with standards for official accounting documentation for ongoing and completed renovation or construction sites.

• Cost Estimation and Material Calculation: Accurate calculation of required construction materials and resources based on project drawings and specifications to optimize costs.

• Technical Reporting and Analytics: Preparing detailed technical reports for management. Continuous monitoring of the planned budget versus actual costs (Plan vs. Actual) and variance analysis.

• Cross-functional Coordination: Close communication with project managers, engineers, and executing (field) teams to confirm information accuracy and the volumes of completed work.

• Documentation Systematization: Structuring complex technical and financial data, which simplifies the project handover process and reduces financial risks.

Represented Georgia as a Faculty Advisor at an international Model United Nations conference held in Münster, Germany. This engagement deepened expertise in multilateral diplomacy, international relations discourse, and the strategic representation of youth perspectives on a global stage.

• Diplomatic Representation and Protocol: Guided youth delegates through complex international policy debates, ensuring adherence to UN procedural rules and facilitating constructive dialogue across diverse national perspectives.

• Youth Mentorship and Leadership Development: Mentored student delegates in research methodology, position paper development, and public speaking — fostering critical thinking and cross-cultural communication skills essential for global leadership.

Participated in an Erasmus+ international youth exchange program in Latvia, engaging in structured cross-cultural dialogue, European youth networking, and non-formal education methodologies alongside participants from across Europe.

• European Youth Networking: Built meaningful connections with youth leaders and activists from multiple European countries, fostering international partnerships and laying groundwork for collaborative future projects.

• Non-Formal Education and Active Citizenship: Engaged in structured workshops focused on intercultural competence, active citizenship, and youth empowerment strategies within the broader European framework.

Took part in an Erasmus+ youth exchange initiative in Armenia, contributing to regional cooperation efforts and participating in workshops centered on youth empowerment, civic engagement, and sustainable development in the South Caucasus region.

• Regional Cooperation and Dialogue: Engaged in collaborative activities with youth representatives from South Caucasus and neighboring regions, strengthening cross-border partnerships and contributing to shared regional development goals.

In this position, my main focus was the flawless management of daily operational processes and the strategic planning of logistical tasks. I ensured that ongoing projects and field operations were executed smoothly, on time, and with maximum resource optimization.

• Operational Management and Logistics: Planning and coordinating daily work schedules, complex routes, and delivery processes. Monitoring the precise execution of field operations.

• Resource Optimization: Efficient allocation of human and material resources, ensuring cost minimization and increased team productivity.

• Real-time Crisis Management (Troubleshooting): Making quick, data-driven, and alternative decisions during unforeseen delays to maintain workflow continuity.

• Team Coordination and Field Control: Ensuring close and continuous communication between field and administrative teams, monitoring performance quality, and providing detailed instructions.

• Process Improvement and Reporting: Timely identification of operational flaws, refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and preparing analytical reports for management.

In this position, my main focus was managing the product development cycle within the company and synchronizing strategic business requirements with technical execution. By implementing Agile methodology and optimizing processes, I ensured the seamless operation of cross-functional teams and the timely delivery of the product to the market (Time-to-market).

• Agile/Scrum Process Facilitation: Planning and managing sprints (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives). Maintaining the team's work rhythm and eliminating existing barriers (Blockers) along the development path.

• Business Analysis and Requirements Management: Working with stakeholders to identify business needs. Transforming them into clear, actionable technical tasks (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria) for the development team.

• Backlog Administration: Close collaboration with Product Owners to prioritize tasks and maintain a healthy Backlog structure.

• Data-Driven Management: Utilizing my previous (BI) experience to analyze team efficiency and delivery metrics for continuous process improvement.

• Communication Bridge between Business and IT: Translating technical language into business language and vice versa to ensure full transparency and proper expectation management across the company.
